 The 2017 East Asian Model United Nations Conference will be convened from April 14th (Friday) to April 17th (Monday). There will be 5 committees participating in this conference. The following topic is on Human Rights Violation in South-East Asia and Europe.
 The Reuters Agency believes that this conference will emphasize on the topics around the issue of Rohinya refugees and human rights violation and abuse in Europe. Ultimately, delegates will figure out a series of aid projects to respond to the current situation.
 According to the information, Rohingya is a group of people who are regarded as the most persecuted people in the world which is a Muslin Community of Myanmar. Because of the persecution and impossible living conditions, the amount of Rohingya who were apt to flee the refugee camps was surged dramatically. However, the countries of their destination refused to offer any assistance to them or only offered basic provisions reluctantly after substantial amount of international pressure. Therefore, because of the torture and spiteful abduct and traffic, plenty of the refugees died as a result.
 As an expert of the United Kingdom said, the issue of refugees that occur currently is in fact caused by Southeast Asia that it can not deal with this problem in consensus over the years and even ignores the situation of the Rohinya refugees.
 At present, how to deal with the problem of Rohinya refugees, has been already a difficult diplomatic issue among ASEAN countries. Rohinya refugees continued to drift in the sea, and no countries want to take its responsibility. Such a dilemma, is not only the causes of history, but real factors as well. How to solve the problem of the Rohingya people? It seems very hard for the international community to find a permanent relief program.
 Nevertheless, facing such a serious issue, the current Minister of Myanmar just keeps silent, which makes the critics disappointed.
 According to above, we think there will be several blocs produced in this topic. The first one is Myanmar, which might become the main object of other countries. The second one is countries from Southeast Asia, such as Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The third one might be the countries from Europe and America.
 In addition, the issue of Rohinya refugees is not a unique instance, but has its counterpart. There is a large amount of asylum seekers and migrants from the Middle East flowed into Europe and settled under temporary shelters. However, instead of harmony, conflicts always happen between them and local residents. Therefore, the human rights protection for refugees in Europe will also be discussed in the conference.
 How can we deal with the issue of Rohinya refugees? Whether Myanmar will admit Rohinya into their country or not? Where on earth can the refugees go? Will other countries give a hand on this issue? How can we protect human rights of the immigrants in Europe? Let’s wait and see.
